Malette welcomes residents to ‘Table Talk’ on important issues

By Brock Ormond Nov 26, 2025 | 3:22 PM

Bay of Quinte MP Chris Malette will be joined by regional MPs for an in-depth discussion on important topics this Saturday.

Malette will be part of a panel that includes Kingston and the Islands MP Mark Gerretsen and MP of the Peterborough riding Emma Harrison for a deep dive into food security and the ‘pocketbook pressures’ residents are experiencing every day.

From skyrocketing grocery bills to the real costs of keeping a household running, this conversation will shine a light on the challenges—and the practical solutions—that matter most to the community.

The panel will last from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre.

A $10 donation (cash only) to the Gleaners Food Bank is encouraged at the door.
