Two people charged with stunt driving near Tweed

A member of Central Hastings OPP charged two motorists with stunt driving in the Tweed area overnight.

The first was just before midnight and the second was just before 2 on Friday morning.

Both were on Highway 7 in the Tweed area, where the speed limit is 80.

One was caught driving 137 km/h and the other 135 km/h.

The vehicles were impounded and each driver had their licence suspended.

Both will also have to appear in court.
