Vehicle strikes pedestrian on Sunday in Marmora

More information is expected on Monday after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Marmora and Lake on Sunday night.

Shorty before 7 pm, the OPP posted to social media that there had been a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Highway 7 in Marmora.

The road was initially partially restricted with a full closure happening around Hastings Avenue in both directions around 7:45 pm.

It was closed for the overnight period.

No word yet on the extent of the injuries involved.
