Belleville cheerleading team returns from Quebec with impressive results

By Paul Martin Dec 2, 2025 | 10:12 AM

Teams from Pegasus Cheer in Belleville returned from their first competition of the season with multiple first-place finishes.

On Saturday, November 29th, 2025, Pegasus Cheer competed at the Adrenaline Championships. One team and one individual athlete competed, earning the following placements:

Capricorn (All Star Elite U12 Level 2 Non-Tumble, ages 8 to 12) – First Place

Indy – Olivia B (U16 Level 3, ages 12 to 16) – First Place

Held at the Palais des Congres de Montreal, Adrenaline Championships marked the first competition of the season for the gym.

“After competing, I felt really good despite some nerves as it was my very first cheerleading competition. It reminded me to never give up on my goals and keep striving to get better,” says Olivia Bilton, athlete. “My team and everyone at the competition was very nice and supportive, which really helped me conquer my fears.”

“Our family was very excited to attend Adrenaline, and watch Olivia and Capricorn represent Pegasus Cheer. We understand how hard the athletes, coaches, and every single person at the gym work to get ready for the season,” says Ashleigh Bilton, mother of Indy Olivia. “Being a part of all of that and seeing it come together filled us with so much pride for Olivia and the entire Pegasus Cheer gym. We look forward to continuing to cheer everyone on for the rest of the season!”
