Firefighters will be ‘rocking’ at the Trenton Curling Club later this week.
The John Cowell Firefighter Bonspiel, one of the longest-running sporting traditions within the Department of National Defense, returns for its 57th annual edition from November 20-22.
Firefighters and curlers of all experience levels are invited to come together for a weekend filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, and a celebration of shared heritage.
Events include;
Meet & Greet: Thursday, 18:00–22:00 “Curling Club Upstairs”
Two Full Days of Curling: Friday & Saturday, 07:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday Lunch: Clam Chowder & Buns “Curling Club Lounge”
Saturday Lunch: Chili & Buns “Curling Club Lounge”
Banquet Dinner: Saturday at 18:30 “Curling Club Lounge”
Trophies & Awards: Saturday at 20:00 “Curling Club Lounge”
