New snowfall record in Quinte

By Katie Sherratt Nov 10, 2025 | 7:20 AM

Sunday was a record-setting day for snowfall across the Quinte Region.

An unseasonably-early storm swept across the area making roads very dangerous.

Readings taken at CFB Trenton show that 9.8 cm of snow fell on November 9th.

That easily beat the previous record of 1.8 cm of snow on that date way back in 1976.
