By Hailey MacDonald Nov 11, 2025 | 5:06 AM

Citizens will gather in Thurlow Ward on Thursday to hear about finances, what to expect in 2026 and more.

A Ward 2 town hall meeting will be held this Thursday, Nov. 13, at 6 p.m. at the Gerry Masterson Community Centre (516 Harmony Rd.), hosted by councillors Paul Carr and Kathryn Brown.

During the meeting, Councillor Carr and Councillor Brown will review the draft 2026 Capital Budget, provide an update on City business and give residents the opportunity to discuss any items that are important to them during a question-and-answer period.

An online meeting option will also be available for those unable to attend in person.

To register for the online meeting, please email councillor.carr@belleville.ca.

Those who require accessibility supports to fully participate are asked to contact communications@belleville.ca so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
