The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation is beaming with pride following a record-breaking fundraising event this month.
TMHF officials announced Monday that its TMH 75th Anniversary Gala on Oct. 17 raised $513,295.68 net in support of the EMERGE Stronger campaign, marking the highest amount ever raised at a TMHF Gala.
The total also clears 75-per cent of the fundraising goal toward the $8.7 million campaign.
The event included an exciting live auction and Fund-a-Need segment led by longtime auctioneer Boyd Sullivan in the final auction of his career ahead of his retirement.
TMH representatives say these funds will make a meaningful difference in enhancing patient care in the Emergency Department and supporting the future of the hospital.
TMHF extends its sincere gratitude to presenting sponsor Scotiabank, the Gala Committee, all sponsors, donors, volunteers, and guests whose generosity and dedication made this historic evening possible.
