Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward is hosting their Small Animal Carnival this Saturday, September 12 from 11am-3pm.
The event, rescheduled from last month, will take place onsite at the Humane Society on 34 Wallbridge Loyalist Rd. and is a family-friendly event promoting the adoption of small animals.
At the Small Animal Carnival, expect to meet small animals up for adoption, learn about their care and welfare, and play carnival-style games for prizes. The event will be fun for the whole family, is a fabulous chance to visit the Humane Society and learn about the work they do.
The animals include bunny rabbits, reptiles, guinea pigs, hamsters and more.
The event is drop-in style and entry is by donation. All funds raised directly support the shelter’s programs and the care of animals in need.
