Kingston Police are seeking the publics assistance in identifying a person of interest involved in mischief incidents in the University District.
The incidents involve placing posters and stickers on privately owned property without permission from the property owner. These incidents occurred throughout the last week of August 2026.
The person of interest is believed to operating a dark color minivan, possibly a Toyota Sienna
