The Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) Foundation and Auxiliary are pleased to
announce that the 10th Annual Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off raised more than $145,000 (net) in support
of Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
One of the evening’s most inspiring moments was the Foundation’s Fund-A-Need, where guests responded
with extraordinary generosity by contributing $100,800 toward the purchase of:
- A Combination Triple Deck Baking/Roasting Oven
- Two Centrella Smart Beds with Integrated Air Surface
“To witness our community come together with such generosity was truly inspiring,” said Martha Hunt,
Chair of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation. “The Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off has always
been about more than exceptional food. It brings people together to support outstanding healthcare close to
home. As we celebrated our 10th Anniversary, we were reminded of just how deeply our community believes
in supporting exceptional healthcare close to home.”
The sold-out event welcomed hundreds of guests beneath the marquee along the Trent River for an evening
of exceptional food, live entertainment, spirited competition, auctions, raffles, and community celebration.
Local physicians teamed up with talented culinary partners to create an unforgettable experience while
raising vital funds to support patient care at Campbellford Memorial Hospital.
“The Auxiliary is honoured to once again partner with the CMH Foundation on this incredible event,” said Liz
Mathewson, President of the Auxiliary to Campbellford Memorial Hospital. “The generosity shown
throughout the evening was truly heartwarming. Seeing our community come together to support exceptional
healthcare close to home reminds us of what can be accomplished when we all work toward a common
goal.”
The Foundation extends its heartfelt appreciation to its generous sponsors, whose support helped make this
milestone celebration possible, and to its valued event partner, the Auxiliary to Campbellford Memorial
Hospital, whose dedicated volunteers played an essential role in planning and delivering another
outstanding event. We are also deeply grateful to the Incredible Trent Hills, organizers of the 2026
Incredible Edible Festival, for their ongoing support and collaborative spirit. Special thanks are extended to
the Campbellford & District Horticultural Society, whose generous donation of beautiful floral
arrangements and natural greenery created an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the
experience for our guests.
Special recognition is also extended to the incredible Doctors and Culinary Partners who donated their time
and talents, along with the auction donors, judges, entertainers, volunteers, photographers, event suppliers, and the hundreds of guests whose enthusiasm and generosity made the evening such a memorable success.
This year’s event also paid tribute to the memory of Chef Mark Andrade, whose passion, generosity, and
unwavering commitment helped shape the Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off into one of the community’s most
cherished fundraising events. His legacy was honoured throughout the evening and will continue to inspire
the event for years to come.
As the Foundation celebrates ten remarkable years of the Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off, the success of
this milestone event is a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when a community comes together
with a shared commitment to exceptional healthcare.
