The beneficiaries of the final Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon totals for 2025 are the youth of the local region.

The Children’s Foundation announced this year’s event raised more than $57,000 in donations, online auction results and third-party contributions.

The 12-hour, region-wide broadcast involved nine local radio stations, including Hits 95.5 and Cool 100.

Executive Director of The Children’s Foundation Ingrid Moore stated this outpouring of generosity means more kids can access the supports that help them explore, learn, play, and thrive.

“Every pledge, every auction bid, every shout-out on air added up to life-changing impact,” said Dreya Richardson, Community Engagement and Events Coordinator at TCF.

“We’re so grateful to our nine radio partners for donating airtime and amplifying stories from families, youth, donors, board members, and volunteers all day long. This is community at its best.”

Throughout the day, radio stations aired powerful stories showcasing how donor support fuels TCF’s core programs – ensuring that children and youth across our region have the social and physical opportunities they need to succeed.
