Napanee woman arrested on drug and assault charges in Shannonville area

A Napanee woman was arrested on assault and drug charges following a traffic stop over the weekend near Shannonville.

On Saturday, Tyendinaga Police responded to multiple traffic complaints in the Shannonville area.

Police later located the vehicle with the public’s help, and made an arrest.

Abigail Detlor (age 22) of Napanee was charged with:

– Impaired operation of a motor vehicle

– Assaulting Police

– Possession of a controlled substance

– Possession for the purpose of trafficking

– Possession of a prohibted device

She was released with a court date next month.
