A man from Bancroft faces charges stemming from several past incidents with another party.

Early Monday afternoon, Bancroft OPP officers were made aware of an assault that had occurred at a local business.

After learning there had been several historical incidents between the people involved, police arrested 67-year-old Stanley Wannamaker.

He is charged with four counts of uttering threats, two counts of criminal harassment and one count of assault.

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in Bancroft Court on November 4.
