This year’s national theme, Stronger Connections = Better Mental Health, highlights the powerful role that human connection plays in supporting mental well-being.

Residents of the region can enjoy a community event on Monday where CMHA HPE staff will be spread out across the Quinte community making connections and sharing information about available programs and services.
