Popup agreements, election presentation on QW Council agenda

Quinte West Council is anticipating a busy meeting later today.

The group is expected to receive a presentation regarding the “2026 Municipal Election,” and will aim to approve agreements for the 2026 edition of Quinte West Pop-ups.

7 seasonal vendors and 9 rotating vendors are seeking approval for operation down at Centennial Park from May 15 to September 6.

Also on the docket are delegations on the Quinte West Youth Centre, resident concerns on “Property Standards and Security/Outdoor Lighting and potential reduced ice costs for next season for the Frankford Huskies.

Council meets at 4:30 inside Quinte West Council Chambers.
