By Brock Ormond Mar 18, 2026 | 2:11 PM

Do you know someone that has made a lasting impact on Belleville’s sporting community?

The Belleville Sports Hall of Fame wants to hear from you.

Anyone in the community can nominate someone they believe deserves recognition for their sporting success.

The Belleville Sports Hall of Fame accepts nominations in the categories of Athletes, Builders and Teams. Those who were born or lived in the Belleville area and have brought sporting honour to the community on the regional, national or international stage may be eligible.

Since BSHoF’s inception in 1987, 123 individuals and seven teams have been inducted and are celebrated in the Dr. R.L. Vaughan Atrium at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre.

The nomination deadline is May 25 and the induction ceremony will go on September 12 at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre.
