By Hailey MacDonald Oct 20, 2025 | 1:11 PM

Even as Halloween approaches, the CPKC Holiday Train is getting ready to rev up for another season of Christmas cheer starting next month.

From November 19 to December 21, the train will be chugging across Canada and the US and making stops along the way, including here in Quinte.

Belleville and Trenton residents, plus visitors from other local communities will enjoy a weekend stop on Saturday, November 29

Belleville’s stop will be across from East Bayshore Park at Keegan Parkway from 9:30 to 10 p.m., then the train will make its way to Trenton’s RCAF Road Railway Crossing from approximately 10:45 to 11:15 a.m.

This year is the 25th anniversary edition of the Holiday Train, which will feature musical performances from Jade Eagleson and Teigan Gayse.

The full holiday train schedule can be seen here.
