Woman charged with committing indecent act in Belleville

A Belleville woman has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.

On August 31, 2026, at 2:06 p.m, Belleville Police responded to a business on Dundas Street East for a call for service.

Upon arrival, officers located a female sitting nearby the entrance who was exposing herself to the public.

As a result of investigation, a 44-year-old Belleville woman of no fixed address was arrested and charged with:

· Indecent act – public place

· Fail to comply with probation order

She was held for a bail hearing.
