Put your boots on the ground to honour and support those who have served our country Sunday afternoon.
The Canadian Walk for Veterans in Trenton is taking place at Trenton MFRC; registration starts at 12 pm , the walk starts 1 pm; 2k or 5k.
This national volunteer led initiative is a chance to come together in recognition of service, to raise awareness of the challenges that can come with transition and well-being, and to remind those who have served — and the families who stand beside them — that you’re not alone.
This walk is for everyone — whether you are a Veteran, currently serving, a first responder, a spouse, a child, a friend, a neighbour, or a community member who wants to show support. Everyone is welcome to take part.
Where are the funds going? The raised funds will be shared between True Patriot Love and the Trenton MFRC.
