A tip to Lennox and Addington OPP on Thursday afternoon, resulted in charges for one driver.
The OPP responded to a report just before 1 p.m., about a possible impaired driver who had left a business in Loyalist Township. Police located the suspected vehicle at a residence in Bath.
The suspected driver blew three and half times over the legal blood alcohol limit, as a result of a breathalyzer test at the OPP station.
The suspect, Jan Oliver of Loyalist-Township, is facing impaired driving charges, and operating while prohibited under the Criminal Code. The 52-year-old was held for a bail hearing in Napanee. Their driver’s license was also suspended.
