Quinte West Council will not be meeting as scheduled this week.

The municipality posted on social media on Monday that the Quinte West Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, has been cancelled.

Municipal officials stated in an email to inquinte.ca that the meeting was cancelled due to a light agenda, as there were no staff reports, motions or by-laws requiring Council’s consideration.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026.
