Belleville Police have released information about an incident that closed a major intersection on Friday morning.
Officers were called out on July 31st at around 11 a.m., after a vehicle hit a cyclist. The incident took place in the area of Sidney Street and Lewis Street.
Police add that the driver attempted to turn onto Sidney Street when they hit the cyclist. No charges were laid.
Belleville Police add that the cyclist was assessed at the scene for minor injuries.
