A section of Highway 7 is back in commission in Kaladar.
OPP East Region reported early Monday morning that the roadway between Highway 37 in Actinolite and Highway 41 was closed in both directions due to flooding and washed-out road conditions resulting from Sunday’s heavy rainfall.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area and consider alternative routes while repairs were made.
After more than 12 hours, OPP stated the road was fixed and reopened Monday night.
