By Brock Ormond May 1, 2026 | 3:37 PM

Local entrepreneurs Ronak Shah and Rajesh Rathi are proud to announce the opening of TacoTime, marking an exciting new addition to the Quinte West community’s dining scene. For Shah, this milestone represents more than just a business venture it’s the realization of a long-held dream.

“I’m proud to call Quinte West home. This is my first restaurant, and it’s been a dream of mine for a long time. I wanted to create a place where people can enjoy great food and feel a real sense of community. Quinte West felt like the perfect spot. The community is welcoming, supportive, and full of opportunity. Opening here just felt right,” said Shah.

At TacoTime, guests can enjoy fresh, made-to-order Mexican inspired cuisine with a focus on quality, consistency, and flavour. The menu features favourites such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and the brand’s signature Mexi-Fries, all crafted with real ingredients and time tested recipes.

Designed with the community in mind, the Trenton location offers a reliable, high-quality dining option for everything from quick lunches to family dinners and local catering needs.

TacoTime Trenton invites the community to visit and experience it’s fresh flavours firsthand. Located at 150 Front St. in Trenton, the restaurant can be reached at 343-543-9797 or by email at TTCON024@tacotimecanada.com. Guests can learn more by visiting tacotimecanada.com or by following TacoTime Canada on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (@tacotimecanada) for updates and promotions.
