Spring intake for new Housing CIP program taking applications in QW

Quinte West’s new Housing Community Improvement Plan is now accepting applications from local investors, homeowners and developers for the Housing CIP program’s spring intake beginning today.
The Housing CIP is designed to encourage the development of new rental housing opportunities, additional dwelling units and other affordable housing projects that will help meet local housing needs.
Local homeowners, investors and developers interested in investing in their house or property are encouraged to apply to the 2026 CIP program online.
Applications for the spring intake close on Monday, May 25, 2026.
