Police searching for provincial offender known to spend time in Cobourg

The search is on for a provincial offender known to spend time in the Cobourg area.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male offender wanted for the following offences:

  • Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age
  • Sexual Interference
  • Sexual Exploitation
  • Voyeurism
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possess for the Purpose of Publication any Child Pornography
  • Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography
  • Fail to Attend Court.

Guy FOWLER is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2″ (192cm), 280 lbs (127kg) with a tattoo of a Wolf on his left shoulder.

The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County, Cobourg and Northumberland.
