Officers received a traffic complaint at approximately 10:45 p.m. on March 27 indicating a vehicle was being operated in a dangerous manner.

Officers located the driver and an Approved Screening Device was used, resulting in the driver being arrested.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton on May 6.

Their driver’s licence was also suspended for a period of 90 days and their vehicle impounded for 7 days.
