On April 17th at 9:26pm, Belleville Police investigated a report of a disturbance. Initial information indicated that a group of individuals had been causing a disturbance and acting aggressively toward a male and a female before leaving the area in a vehicle. Further investigation determined that the male involved had kicked the vehicle, causing damage. As a result of investigation, Lucas Fox, 22-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with:

· Mischief under $5000

· Fail to comply with a probation order

He was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in July.
