By Katie Sherratt Feb 6, 2026 | 11:48 AM

Congratulations to Evan Mills-Badgley, the Cool 100 and Hits 95.5 Athlete of the Week!

Sport: Hockey

Team: Kings

This is Evan’s first year playing hockey, and despite being new to the sport, he has come incredibly far in a short amount of time. His skills have improved with every game, and his confidence on the ice continues to grow. Evan has shown that he is a great team player; he’s always looking to pass the puck, support his teammates, and play with respect for everyone on the ice. Win or lose, Evan’s focus is on having fun and enjoying the game, and his positive attitude and sportsmanship truly stand out!

Nominate your athlete at www.cool100.ca or www.hits955.ca. Tell us their story and why they deserve the spotlight. We’ll feature them on air on Cool 100 and Hits 955, on our socials, and on InQuinte.ca! Plus, the athlete of the week will win vouchers to enjoy 2 free extra value meals from participating McDonald’s restaurants in Trenton, Brighton, and Campbellford!
