Three people arrested in drug bust in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory

Three people face serious charges after a drug bust in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory on Monday.

Tyendinaga Police Service, with the assistance of OPP Community Street Crime Unit, began an investigation into drug trafficking at a location on Highway 49, Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
On the 22nd of December 2025, Tyendinaga Police Service, with the assistance of OPP Emergency Response Team, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act warrant at the location and arrested three people without incident.
Police seized over 60 grams of suspected cocaine, more than 180 tablets of suspected Oxycodone, as well as $4535 in Canadian currency and $190 US currency.

Lonnie Herrington, 29, of Napanee
•Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
•Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
•Possession of property obtained by crime – Under $5000
Martine Crevier, 27, of Hawkesbury
•Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
•Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone
•Possession of property obtained by crime – Under $5000
All three accused were held for bail pending a hearing.
