Ryan McGee and Ben Kerr also tallied for Napanee and Jacob Brown made 20 saves in helping to holding off a late Port Hope rally.

Meanwhile in Trent Hills, the Thunder dropped a 3-2 contest to the Amherstview Jets.

Kieren Ellis and Matthew Hinan notched the Thunder’s goals. Christian Lambert stopped 33 shots.
