UPDATE: Missing Kingston boy found safe

UPDATE: Kingston Police say 15-year-old Sheldon Higginson has been found safe and sound.

They thank the public for their assistance in the search.

Kingston Police are attempting to locate a missing 15-year-old boy.

Police say Sheldon Higginson was last seen just before 9 p.m. last Thursday in the area of King Street West and George Street.

Higginson has been known to frequent the area of Montreal Street and Railway Street, including wooded areas.

He is described as approximately 5-6, 95 lbs, freckled, short light brown hair and blue/green eyes. Unknown clothing at this time.

Call Detective Cst. McMillan at Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 extension 6343 if you spot Higginson or have any information regarding where he might be.
