UPDATE: 10:27 a.m. Dundas Street West between Front Street and Albert Street has reopened to traffic following a water main break earlier Friday morning.

The water main has been repaired, and the road is now open to through traffic.

A traffic note for those in, or going to Trenton, Quinte West municipal officials say a full road closure is in effect on Dundas Street West between Albert Street and Front Street.

A water main break is being reported and crews are working to repair the water main.

Notice will be issued when the road has reopened, but for now, drivers are asked to avoid Dunas Street West in Trenton and plan for alternate routes.
