The second week of Bay of Quinte football delivered exciting action under the sun and under the lights.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Senior Centennial Chargers cruised to a convincing 35-0 victory over the Trenton Varsity Tigers.

Friday night brought the first-ever Friday Night Lights experience to the Bay of Quinte, and the atmosphere was electric.

In the junior matchup, the Bayside Red Devils came out firing and dominated in a 42-0 win over the Eastside Ravens

All 42 points came in the first half.

The senior matchup that followed was a much tighter contest. Bayside held a narrow 7-6 halftime lead and managed to grind out a hard-fought 13-8 victory to complete the sweep.
