The City of Quinte West is making it easier for residents to stay informed about curbside waste collection and hazardous waste disposal with its new 2026 waste management calendar.
The City’s first-ever annual waste calendar provides clear, at-a-glance information on:
The residential curbside waste collection schedule
Holiday collection schedule changes
Spring and fall leaf and yard waste collection dates
Household hazardous waste disposal, including mobile collection events
A waste sorting guide
Waste reduction tips
This helpful new resource aims to make it easier for residents to access timely waste management information all in one place.
The calendar will be distributed to residents through the Jan. 29 edition of the Trentonian newspaper and is available to view and download online.
