Three-vehicle crash briefly closes busy road Wednesday morning in west-end Belleville

There was a serious crash before daybreak on Wednesday in Belleville.

Belleville Police, Firefighters and Hastings Quinte Paramedics responded to a three-vehicle crash on Dundas Street west by Wallbridge Loyalist Road shortly before 6 am.

They closed the road westbound at Sienna (the east side of the Bridge over the train tracks) and eastbound at Wallbridge Loyalist Road.

All three drivers were conscious, and the vehicles were quickly towed from the scene.

Dundas Street West was closed for about half an hour, reopening shortly before 6:30 am.
