Eligible downtown businesses and property owners in Quinte West and Brighton can now access funding to enhance their properties through the Community Improvement Plan Programs.
The CIP program provides up to 50 per cent in matching funding for projects such as building and property renovations, signage upgrades, façade improvements, and upper-storey conversions.
Quinte West officials say this CIP funding allows eligible businesses to invest in their properties and contribute to the economic growth of the community.
Brighton, meantime, is committed to conserving its small-town charm while supporting growth and accessibility for all who live, work and visit its community.
Applications are open until March 5 in Quinte West and March 31 in Brighton.
