Traffic stop results in charges in Prince Edward County

On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at approximately 7:45 p.m., members of the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on County Road 10.

As a result of the investigation, Rasneil George WARREN, age 24 from Prince Edward County, was arrested and charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand for a breath sample.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on January 14, 2026. They also had their driver’s license suspended for a period of 90 days and vehicle impounded for 7 days.
