Northumberland OPP charge both drivers in 2-vehicle crash

Northumberland OPP charged a pair of drivers in connection with a two-vehicle crash on County Road 2 on Wednesday afternoon.

One driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 30-year-old man from Cobourg was charged with driving while holding a hand-held communication device and a 61-year-old woman from Colborne was charged with Careless driving.

The OPP is reminding drivers to stay focused, avoid distractions, and drive responsibly.
