Northumberland OPP continue investigation into B&E and theft

Members of the Northumberland OPP are investigating a break and enter where liquor was stolen, among other items on Saturday.

Around 9:40 p.m. that night, police received a report of a break and enter at a commercial premises on Front Street West in Hastings.

It was reported that a person had entered the location using a metal pry bar and proceeded to take a number of items from the business while it was closed.

The area was patrolled, and a local Scenes of Crime Officer attended the premises to assist with the investigation.

Northumberland OPP is seeking an individual in connection with this theft, and updates will be provided on the investigation when available.
