Charges laid following report of assault on paramedic at Belleville General Hospital

A Belleville woman faces multiple charges after Belleville Police responded to a report of an assault on a paramedic at Belleville General Hospital.

Sunday afternoon at 2:23pm, Belleville Police responded to BGH.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with EMS on scene who told them that someone had threatened, punched and spat on a paramedic.

As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Jessica McGraw of Belleville was arrested and charged with:

· Assault X2

· Uttering threats

· Intimidation of a health care worker

· Disobeying a court order

She was held for a bail hearing.
