Charges have been laid following a big-rig crash that tied up traffic for most of Tuesday on Highway 62 north of Bancroft.

A tractor trailer left Highway 62, north of Bancroft and rolled just before 7am.

Traffic was impacted in the area around the crash site for most of the day, finally clearing up around 3 pm.

The driver and the company have been charged with operating a commercial vehicle with a major defect.
