Two men charged with committing an indecent act following incident at Belleville park

Two men have been charged with committing an indecent act following an incident on Friday at a park in Belleville.

On October 24th at 12:30pm, Belleville Police received a report of an indecent act at a local park. It was reported that a male was observed circling in the parking lot for approximately 1.5 hours. Upon leaving the park, the complainant observed two males in the vehicle performing an indecent act.

As a result, the following individuals were arrested and charged:

 

A 63-year-old Prince Edward County man was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act in a public place. He was released on an Undertaking with a court date scheduled in December.

A 74-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act in a public place. He was released on an Undertaking with a court date scheduled in December.

No names were released.
