UPDATE: Missing Belleville teen located safe

UPDATE: Belleville Police stated that Burns was found safe around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

BPS thanks the public’s help in assisting this search.

 

The Belleville Police Service is requesting the public’s help as they search for a missing teen.

14-year-old Tyson Burns was last seen at approximately 9:30am on September 23rd in the area of Highland Avenue and Bridge Street.

He is described as 5’9”, 225 lbs, and was last seen wearing a navy shirt, a hat, and grey shoes.

If located, do not approach Burns and contact police immediately.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Belleville Police Service at 613-966-0882.
