Preparations are underway to recognize Remembrance Day next week in Quinte West.

Officials are inviting the public to join the City of Quinte West in remembering and honouring our veterans and military personnel by wearing a poppy and attending a local Remembrance Day ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.

You can learn more about Remembrance Day ceremonies and sign Quinte West’s virtual Book of Remembrance here: quintewest.ca/remember
Please note that road closures will be in effect in Trenton and Frankford for Remembrance Day ceremonies.
Crews will complete temporary restoration work around the cenotaph area in preparation for the ceremony. Learn more here https://quintewest.ca/…/trenton-and-frankford-road…/
