Quinte West OPP has laid charges in an impaired driving investigation.

On Tuesday at approximately 3:45 p.m., a traffic complaint on Quinte Street led Quinte West OPP to suspect a motorist may have been impaired.

The driver, 65-year-old Steven Brown of Quinte West, was arrested and charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.

He faces a court date of November 6 in Belleville, as well as a license and vehicle suspension.
