Belleville releases important information regarding postal interruptions

By Hailey MacDonald Sep 26, 2025 | 1:48 PM

In light of the recently announced Canada Post disruptions, officials with the City of Bellevile would like to advise residents to avoid putting any payments or time-sensitive documents in the mail for the time being and to consider signing up for online services where possible.

Water Utility Billing

Switching to paperless billing offers lasting convenience and efficiency, regardless of postal service delays.

My.Belleville.ca – Water Utilities and Property Taxes Account Information

To sign up for eServices for water utilities and property taxes, customers can go to https://my.belleville.ca and select Utility and/or Property Taxes. Please note: your account number and the PIN from a previous bill is required to set up eServices account. Water Utilities and Property Tax have unique account numbers and PINs. Through your online account, you will be able to view billing details, past transactions and balances in real time.

Late Payments

Customers should be aware that late payment charges will still be applied to your account for unpaid bills.
