Affordable housing will be on the table Monday afternoon in Belleville.
Council will discuss a Community Improvement Plan Application for a property at 120 Burnham Street.
They are requesting $197,000.00 to facilitate the development of a 38-unit rental apartment building containing twelve (12) affordable dwelling units, including eight (8) accessible units.
Belleville council meets this afternoon at 4 pm.
The same property was previously approved for a lower amount ($120,000) back in 2022.
