The Municipality of Brighton has released the building record for last month.
Staff issued 17 building permits, with four of them for single-unit dwellings. Deck work was the most popular permit with five permits issued. The total construction value in total was estimated at $4.1 million.
Brighton has issued a total of 91 building permits so far to date, down by ten compared to the same time last year.
